What is the Mifrat?


I always say that it's super essential to carefully check the mifrat before signing the contract. What is the Mifrat? The Mifrat – literally "certification sheet" is a 30/35 page document where the seller writes: The apartment's description, the materials used, the finishing you can choose, the value and the quality of the finishing, a list of the shops where you can select them, the refund you will receive in case you will prefer to make upgrades, and so on.

From the Mifrat, you will understand the apartment's quality, and if the firm is serious and trustable.

If the seller gives you a short Mifrat of just 2 or 3 pages, ask for the complete mifrat. A short Mifrat is not a sign of seriousness...
