Building from scratch | Check the plot's exposure.

When I start to plan a new house from scratch, one of the first things I do is check the plot's exposure.

It's essential to understand what the best directions are and to try to build facing these directions.

Within Israel, the best directions are north/south since this way,

the house will warm up naturally in the winter (taking advantage of the sun's southern rays)

and prevent excess warming during the summer.

Unfortunately, in this case, the exposure is not the best,

and it will not be possible to heat the house naturally during the winter,

plus the exposure to south/east and west will not be the best during the summer.

The plot is not very big, and there is no way to rotate the house.

It's essential to understand the given situation to find the most accurate and most efficient solutions in such a case.
