How to deal with humidity rising from the floor

This floor is located in an apartment purchased "on paper" (that is, in a building under construction - where unfortunately😞 most of the time the quality is the company's last "issue" ...).

The floor was incorrectly laid on the gravel arrived wet at the construction site.

(Despite being asked to wait for it to dry, both by the lawyer and the construction manager and by me).

You can see the signs of humidity rising by capillarity on the wall and the edges of the tiles.

Now the right thing to do is to turn on the underfloor heating for a few days so that the moisture comes out of the joints.

And only after that, lay the grout.

Tip: if you are looking for an apartment to buy in a new building, check of signs of humidity like these... and be careful.
